大家樂集團星期二公佈的財務報表指,由於員工�本激增,�使收入較上年�期上�6.24%至41.3億港元,但上�年純利�跌11.3%至2.06億港元。

集團首席執行官羅德承�《The Standard》表示,�本主�來自員工薪酬。

「為挽留人�,上�年店舖員工�本有雙�數�幅,�線員工平�時薪�至約50元。此外,集團上�年增�400多�員工,因此人力�本激增,導致利潤下�,但目�情�已�到控制。�

該�飲連鎖集團於2017年上�年致力挽留人�,�線員工平�時薪已由約40元��至約50元。

去年,大家樂快�店�一粥麵的員工�本地媒體投訴,指公�迫員工返「地�更�。有廚師表示,他們被迫由早上6時直踩到晚上10時,工時長�16�時。

雖然該�飲連鎖集團表示�會將�本轉�至消費者,但指會增加更多的�單。此外,�使��租金上�,但該集團�計劃在未來一年新開八到�家新店,並增�200多�員工。

今年�,該公�宣布關閉所有��地�分店。
