HR Systems & Consulting Sdn Bhd (HRSC) is a Malaysian consulting firm providing specialised management and technology solutions in the area of Human Capital Management. HRSC sets out to position itself as a Human Resource Management System solution provider leveraging on cutting edge technology to businesses, offering both systems and design help.
Incorporated on August 21, 1997 HRSC main offering until early 2002, was in the area of the Human Resource Management System and Human Resource consulting where several consulting works covering compensation and rewards were delivered to clients in Malaysia. Henceforth, HRSC recruited its manpower such as software engineers and web programmers in order to design and develop its own HR applications by leveraging on latest web technological tools. With the introduction of ICT into its main business stream, HRSC has also expanded its business offerings to include outsourcing so as to be aligned with the latest market needs.
HRSC’s expertise in the implementation and installation of Human Resource Systems is mainly derived from the collective contributions of its consultants. In aggregate, our consultants have more than 30 years of Human Resource Management System design, implementation and support, and management consulting assignment in different organisations across several industries. HRSC also employs consultants who have the requisite hands-on experience in implementing the SAP HR system of various versions including performing SAP HR system scoping (audit) for several organisations in Malaysia including one in Singapore. The in-depth knowledge and experience of its consultants on the SAP HR software has enabled HRSC to develop a leading edge HR system solution called eP2P Application that focuses in automating empowerment and decision-making processes by leveraging on latest web technological tools.
HRSC’s strength as a result of its consultant’s in-depth knowledge on HR business processes has enhanced HRSC capability of offering viable solutions to clients in helping their management successfully plan and develop human capital to achieve their corporate objectives.
Today, HRSC has provided solutions for customers in Singapore and Indonesia apart from Malaysia as its base country and the eP2P HRMS Application Payroll module has already been localised and in compliance with the requirement in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei.
