The advantages of having a purpose-driven organisation will be the core topic of the keynote presentation entitled “Redefine your leadership – How HR’s role is changing for a sustainable business culture and growth.” The topic will also touch employee engagement, workplace productivity and HR leadership.
Last year’s HR Leaders Summit scrutinised the fundamentals of workforce planning and its importance in linking business strategy and HR strategy. A session on the development of an HR business model based on an organisation’s business and culture was held.
