Ken Hoskin is focused on making Airbnb the “Most Loved Place to Work in the World”. As the head of Airbnb’s APAC talent, Hoskin is responsible for implementing talent programs at both local & regional level and strengthening the company culture across Asia Pacific.
Hoskin also develops systems that encourage learning and professional development. His areas of expertise are talent development and retention planning; recruitment and training; compensation and benefit strategies; global mobility; employee related legal matters and salary budget management.
Before joining Airbnb, he served as APAC chief talent officer at McCann Worldgroup and as regional talent director at Ogilvy. Hoskin has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, especially across the marketing and communications industry.
Lisa Mulligan is passionate about developing leaders and guiding them in creating an effective organisational culture.
She is currently the executive director of human resources international at MRC Global, a Fortune 500 multinational and the largest distributor of pipe, valve and fitting products and services to the energy and industrial markets.
With over 18 years of experience in human resources and organisational development, Mulligan has already worked with domestic and global listed companies operating in the retail, distribution, insurance, FMCG, port management and manufacturing industries. She has undergraduate qualifications in Applied Science and Business and Masters of Organisational Coaching.
As an HR practitioner, Lim Bee Choo has already held various senior positions in companies in different industries.
Before becoming PayPal’s head of HR for APAC, Lim worked at Hewlett Packard, Sara Lee Corporation and Standard Chartered Bank. Lim also became a member of the Singapore Management Committee between 1996 and 2004 and today she is a non-executive director on the board of Isetan Singapore.
Lim graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
