Not many HR professionals would disagree that the world has grown more volatile in just the past few years. A whole range of factors executives have no control over have taken over business – political instability, geopolitical tensions, financial worries, just to name a few.

In this VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) world, the need for high performance business leadership has never been greater.

According to Deloitte’s 2016 Global Human Capital Trends, business demands and changes have moved so fast that 56% of top executives worldwide report that the traditional leadership model is not producing leaders fast enough to keep up with demand.

To help companies in Asia with their need to high performance leadership, the HR Academy has launched a specialised leadership workshop structured to solve dynamic business challenges. The intensive, 2-day training workshop is called “High Value Leadership and Coaching”.

The workshop will be led by Craig Martin, one of the world’s most respected international leadership experts from San Francisco in the United States. This course will be held in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong and will equip senior HR professionals with everything they need to lead successfully in the new business world.

The HR Academy runs courses in an interactive workshop format, blending real-life case studies and practical examples with the expert knowledge and experience of external trainers to ensure maximum value is delivered.

Delegates undergo intense learning and interaction with their trainer and fellow course participants, and will take away global best practices, fresh ideas and customised solutions for implementation back in their organisations.

New concepts such as organisational and cross-cultural leadership, new world communications, strategic thinking and leading change, as well as world-class coaching principles will also be introduced at this course.

As with all HR Academy workshops, this session will be capped at 20 attendees.
