At 2015’s HR Vendors of the Year Awards in Singapore, ADP impressed HR professionals across the country and bagged the gold award in the Best Payroll Software category.

The firm is a provider of cloud-based solutions, helping businesses worldwide manage their human capital.

Payroll2U won silver, followed by bronze winners PayrollServe and Times Software.

ADP has also proved to be a popular payroll outsourcing partner in Malaysia, picking up another gold award at 2015’s HR Vendors of the Year Awards in Malaysia.

Times Software was awarded bronze.

Over in Hong Kong, Ramco Systems, was the preferred choice for local HR professionals, taking home the gold award for HR Vendors of the Year Awards in Hong Kong. The firm also clinched the silver award in Malaysia.

Ramco offers a multi-country payroll solution compliant across more than 35 countries, with the capability of addressing over 70% of the world’s working population.

Other winners in the Hong Kong were Oracle (silver) and Take5 People(bronze).

The HR Vendors of the Year Awards, organised by Human Resources magazine, is a long-running annual vendor rankings report that recognises the best solution providers in Asia – starting out in Singapore, and this year extended to Malaysia and Hong Kong.

In the tenth year of the HR Vendors of the Year research, all winners were determined on a two-tier selection process. First, the finalists were identified through an extensive online survey of HR managers in Asia on their preferences.

These finalists then submitted documentation to verify their credentials, which was validated by a panel of more than 50 HR leaders from some of the region’s largest employers.

In effect, for every category, the very end users of such services were the ones who made the critical decision of selecting the best.
