Singapore – Healthy workforces deliver many bottom-line benefits to companies on multiple levels.
However, there are dramatic changes in corporate healthcare which organisations must address if they want to keep those advantages without massive cost blowouts.
Senior HR professionals will discuss the top corporate wellness issues at Employee Healthcare Interactive – issues such as healthcare innovation, rising healthcare costs, retirement programs, changing market needs, data analytics, and integrated health and wellness strategy.
Employee Healthcare Interactive is an exclusive, invitation-only one-day event for executive-level HR practitioners that will take place in Singapore on 3 December at the Four Seasons Hotel.
“Providing employees comprehensive and well-structured health and wellness programmes can lead to increased productivity and decreased employee absenteeism and contribute positive outcomes to corporate image, recruitment & retention and employee morale,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources.
“At Employee Healthcare Interactive 2015, we will zoom in on how HR practitioners can successfully incorporate new technologies and policy developments into their healthcare and wellness programmes.”
Among the 20 speakers and panellists who will share their experiences, insights and expertise at Employee Healthcare Interactive are senior HR professionals from Deutsche Bank and Honeywell.
Eudora Choo, vice president for benefits governance APAC at Deutsche Bank, handles the regulatory compliance, financial management, strategic and creative drive of a wide array of benefits program for 18,000 employees in over 16 countries in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Choo was exposed to benefits consulting and human resources with large MNCs and diverse clientele. She has experience in devising complex changes and modern initiatives relating to health and wellness, flexible benefits, insurance arrangement and employee engagement strategy.
Honeywell’s Asia Pacific benefits director, Sow Chat Gan, has developed expertise in rewards design and implementation within high tech, semiconductor, telecommunications and FMCG industries.
With over 19 years experience in HR, Gan is in charge of delivering strategic plan design review, cost containment model, supplier management, data analytics business decision and corporate governance at Honeywell across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region.
Open only to director and VP-level in-house HR professionals, Employee Healthcare Interactive is posed to discuss corporate healthcare issues and trends affecting the HR sector, including policy developments, healthcare innovation, rising healthcare costs, data analytics and technology, retirement programs, and wellness strategies. The conference topics will be announced next week.
Human Resources‘ unique interactive format promises to make real conversations happen among Employee Healthcare Interactive delegates. They will also receive data-driven insights and expert recommendations during keynote sessions, case studies presentation, panel discussions, and networking breaks.
