What keeps Anubhav Shrivastava busy is heading a key global culture change and transformation programme in Asia Pacific as a senior HR leader at Accenture.
When he was the global talent architect for Accenture, he designed the career framework and employee value proposition for the company’s digital business.
Having held a variety of roles within HR throughout his career, Shrivastava is passionate about developing HR strategies that drive significant business impact. He holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and a master’s degree specializing in human resources.
With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Chan Hoon has been exposed to major industries, such as oil and gas, logistics and maritime, high-tech manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications and business solutions integrators.
She is now the Asia Pacific regional head of HR, DHL Global Business Services functions, providing support and services to all business units within the DHL group.
Her expertise includes change management, organisational and human resources development as well as HR management, covering topics such as talent management and sourcing, learning and development, compensation and benefits and business partner management.
Hoon holds a degree in Bachelor of Science with Education (Hons), major in Mathematics and minor in Physics from University of Malaya.
As the director of global learning and leadership development, Keysight Technologies, Christopher Goh oversees the global implementation of the company’s enterprise-wide leadership development solutions and works with a global team of program designers, trainers and facilitators.
Goh specialises in designing and implementing strategies, systems and processes in leadership development, performance management, succession planning, change management, coaching, mentoring, 360 degree feedback and competency modelling.
Goh is certified in NeuroLeadership Institute’s Brain Based Coaching, Ken Blanchard’s ‘Situational Leadership II’, Kouzes and Posner’s ‘Leadership Challenge’ and “Crucial Conversations” programme by Patterson, Grenny and McMillan.
He also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science (Economics) from University of Malaya, Malaysia, and a Master of Science in Asia Pacific Human Resource Management from National University of Singapore.
