Asia Pacific – Human Resources magazine is all set to unveil the region’s finest at this year’s HR Excellence Awards, the most respected awards recognising & celebrating excellence in outstanding human capital strategy & execution.

The programme offers 23 awards which will give Asia’s best HR teams the recognition they deserve.

Many of the awards recognise programmes that focus on the productivity and well-being of employees. These are formulated to provide fair and sustaining rewards and build a healthy and orderly working environment for employees.

Another highlight of one of the categories is the programme that assists employees in seeking and reaching a work-life balance through settings like flexi-work hours, maternity/paternity policies, and recreation facilities.

Other awards celebrate programmes that intend to sharpen the skills and abilities of employees for better organisational performance and accomplishment of their short-term and long-term career goals.

These include training, learning, and development programmes, leadership development, and employee development. The employment engagement strategy which drives great outcomes for the organisation’s business and performance will be awarded.

The HR Excellence Awards also acknowledge organisations which exhibit best practices, innovation, and outstanding execution of strategies.

The organisation that displays remarkable use of HR technology and social media in its programs and structures will get recognition.

Leadership is also a key area in this category, with special attention to an individual’s or a team’s ability to create and carry out HR initiatives that vastly contribute to organisational performance and business targets.

The most coveted awards are: HR team of the Year, HR young talent of the year (individual award), HR professional of the year (individual award), and HR Grand Winner 2015, the organisation with the most wins across all categories.
