Strengthening the HR Vendors of the Year Awards (VOTY) 2015 jury even more is the participation of senior HR professionals from Agility, Archroma, Avery Dennison, Big Dutchman and Li & Fung.
To be held in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong in November and December, the awards will recognise the valuable contributions of HR solutions providers to the industry.

Here are some of the latest additions to the HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2015 jury.
Ramesh Ganeshan, vice president of human resources at Agility, has over 20 years of HR experience in large private and multinational corporations across industry verticals, including office automation, textiles & garments, FMCGs, energy, IT and supply chain.
Today, he is handling 23 countries with over 7,500 employees in the region. His interest is in managing organisational development to keep the company evolving and remain competitive.
As global HR leader at Archroma, Ravi Bhogaraju is responsible for partnering with global business president and regional leaders across Asia, Europe and LatAm to grow the business.
Bhogaraju has held HR roles across industries including chemicals, petrochemicals, technology, software, real estate & investments and life sciences.
He completed his GMP from Harvard Business School and acquired an MBA from TA Pai Management Institute as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Academy of HRD in India.

Avery Dennison’s director of talent acquisition, digital marketing & employer branding, Ivan Zenovic, specialises in employer branding, recruitment marketing, pipe-lining strategies, innovative sourcing, social media, leveraging technology and recruitment best practice.
He is focused on designing a global digital marketing strategy to acquire candidates across online, mobile and social platforms in key international hiring markets.
He holds an honours degree in communications from University College London.
Daniel Leong, head of human resources at Big Dutchman, carries over 23 years of HR experience and exposure in the financial services, telecommunication, manufacturing and aviation sectors.
His specialisation is in the implementation of new HR systems, introduction of HR business partnering model, merger and acquisitions, IT outsourcing, organisational transformation, talent management, succession planning and change management.
Before joining Big Dutchman, Leong worked with AirAsia for three years as head of people managing all HR deliveries.
With over 18 years of professional experience, Philip Wixon, senior vice president of programme management office at Li & Fung, is focused on the HR function and the operational efficiency and effectiveness of regional HR functions.
He has worked with multinational companies with operations in the Asia Pacific region including Swire, Hong Kong & Shanghai Hotels, Dairy Farm, as well as a number of SOEs in China, Thailand and Indonesia.
Some of the other companies represented on the HR Vendors of the Years Awards jury are Hewlett-Packard, Lego, National Australia Bank, Syngenta and many more.
All judges, such as Janet Man, senior director for talent & diversity at McDonald’s, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.
The HR Vendors of the Year Awards is based on a two-tier selection process. Category finalists will be decided by research on the vendor preferences of HR managers in Asia.
The winners will be judged by an esteemed jury of over 60 regional heads of HR from around Asia.
