Out of hundreds of entries, only 167 were selected to compete in the final stage.

The finalists for the 2015 HR Innovation Awards, Asia’s only regional awards recognising and celebrating excellence in HR strategy & execution, will convene at Hotel ICON in Kowloon, Hong Kong on 15 October 2015 to decide the winners.

With over 22 categories, the awards show invited top HR professionals to judge all the entries and name the region’s best-performing organisations in human resources management.

“This year’s finalists have presented well-designed initiatives, programmes and campaigns with solid results and feedback,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

“Their entries are based on the four pillars of HR Innovation Awards 2015: vision; implementation; impact; and efforts for continual innovation in human capital management and strategies.”

The HR Innovation Awards 2015 will honour organisations and individuals which have excelled in HR strategy, compensation & benefits, learning & development, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, diversity, employer branding, leadership development and many more.

“This awards show has always been known for recognising high-calibre organisations,” said Jenilyn Rabino, regional producer at Human Resources magazine.
