Sulastri Zainuddin
Effective February 2016, Zainuddin has taken on the role of senior manager HR at non-profit Singapore International Federation. She moved from McGregor Boyall, where she was Asia operations manager, and has also been HR director at IQPC Worldwide.

Joe Tam
After working with RX Recruitment as international recruitment consultant for a little over a year, Tam has now moved to Faro Recruitment Group as senior recruitment consultant, based in Singapore. Faro has six specialist divisions, including technology, Japan desk, and executives.

Tamara Sigerhall
At Elliott Scott HR, Sigerhall has been promoted from senior consultant to the role of managing consultant. She brings over a decade of experience to the role, and has previously successfully recruited for roles such as, director of total rewards in APAC, and regional HR business partner.

Mehul Rajparia
Regional director of Lumesse in APAC, Mehul Rajparia, has moved up the role of regional vice president, continuing to be based in Mumbai. As P&L head, he is responsible for all aspects of the business including strategy, sales, professional services, customer support, and operations.
