Looking into the next wave of HR transformation

As Asia’s only regional conference dedicated to technology innovation in HR management, HR Tech Interactive will probe various factors affecting the future of HR transformation.

Now in its third year, HR Tech Interactive 2015 will focus on the areas of HR technology research into the HR community has found to be the most pressing issues for HR professionals in Asia today, including the next wave of HR transformation and its impact on business goals.
In his keynote presentation, Philip Wixon, senior vice president – PMO at Li & Fung, will examine the new HR framework in the information age. He will discuss how the internal HR focus can be repositioned from task completion to a service delivery orientation. Another subject he will raise is how to leverage on technology and analytics to forecast and deliver great results.
Other keynote sessions will delve into the delivery of HR transformation and the changes it created on business outcomes. Discussions on how digital HR strategy can shape HR functions to be commercially relevant to their organisations and on how HR demonstrates overall bottom-line impact will be held.
Aside from exploring the next wave of HR transformation, a panel discussion will analyse the status of HR technology today, from benefitting from its current uses to enhancing its value to organisations. The panel will be composed of Chuah Chan Hoon, human resources head at DHL Global Business Services Asia Pacific, Lim Chee Gay, director of human resource and general affair at Samsung, Clayton Tan, general manager and head of human resources at Sunway Construction Group Berhad and Chandralakshmi Thiruchelvam, Asia director of compensation & benefits at Western Digital.
