Mercer has appointed Francis Goh as country leader for Singapore, joining the firm from Microsoft Consulting Services, where he held dual roles as GM, head of sales, and ASEAN market leader.
To be responsible for driving growth for the local operations, including sales strategy and employee engagement, Goh will report to Lisa Sun, Mercer’s managing director and partner for Asia market.
In parallel, Mercer has also expanded its executive remuneration capabilities in response to market demand.
Jon Robinson has joined as ASEAN executive rewards leader, and Kwong Hui Hen as senior associate, executive rewards, reporting in to Shai Ganu, the firm’s market business leader for talent consulting in the Asia region.
They join Mercer from Freshwater Advisers, which they co-founded and where they held the positions of managing director and research director, respectively.
Sun commented on the appointments: “Mercer continues to break new ground in terms of optimising our leadership teams and go-to-market models across this region’s dynamic and fast-growing economies.”
“We welcome Francis, Jon and Hui Hen and look forward to the ongoing success of our market-leading investments, talent and health and benefits consultancy businesses”.
These appointments follow Mercer’s announcement last week of two senior appointments in Hong Kong, including that of Billy Wong as country leader and Robert Li as talent consulting business leader.
