A+E Networks has announced that Stacy Green has been promoted from senior vice president of human resources to executive vice president of global human resources and facilities.

Green has over 20 years of business experience, with both finance and legal acumen and a deep focus in human resources. Before joining A+E Networks, she was the vice president of human resources and advertising sales at NBCUniversal.

In her new role, Green will continue being an integral member of the company’s leadership team, ensuring that the focus of teams across the world on culture and people is reflected in employees’ work environment.

“Stacy has done an incredible job leading her team and has worked tirelessly to reimagine human resources as a proactive and strategic company resource designed to recruit, inspire, engage and retain the most talented people in the world,” Nancy Dubuc, president and CEO of A+E Networks, said.

Joining the company in 2013 as senior vice president of human resources, Green has led the modernisation of the company’s employee benefits plan and policies during her tenure.

Together with her team, she helped to further enhance A+E Networks’ standing as a conducive work environment to transparency, creativity and performance. They were also responsible for the on-boarding and welcoming of employees in the firm’s acquired ventures in Singapore and Italy.

“In her elevated role she will continue to keep our people at the forefront, ensuring that A+E Networks is a special place to work.”

Green’s scope will include all of A+E Networks’ divisions, including A&E®, Lifetime®, HISTORY®, LMN®, FYI™, H2®, HISTORY en Español™, Crime + Investigation™, Military HISTORY® and LRW®, as well as A+E Studios™, A&E IndieFilms®, A+E Networks International®, A+E Networks Digital® and A+E Networks Consumer Products®.
