Asia Pacific – Corporate social responsibility (CSR) creates value for business performance by enhancing the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, improving staff morale and employee engagement. In addition, CSR establishes positive relations in society.

The CSR programmes in the region that successfully exhibit those qualities will be recognised with the Excellence in CSR Practices award at the HR Excellence Awards, Asia’s most respected awards recognising & celebrating excellence in outstanding human capital strategy & execution.

“Shaping a socially conscious culture in an organisation is essential in lifting employee satisfaction, which contributes to harmony and efficiency in the workplace,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources.

“Through this award, the HR Excellence Awards is able to promote the importance of community relations, sustainability and leadership in today’s world.”
